Recently I went around to find a great web hosting provider, and I have found it! It’s name? Fast Bit Hosting. Probably the best web hosting service I ever used! They dirt cheap but they still offer great service without being some giant corporation that crams a million websites onto one server.
Fast Bit Hosting plans are amazing, just 7 dollars for their unlimited plan although you can get basic plans starting at 3 dollars which is a steal! Also I got 50% off by using a promo code! In addition they helped me set up my site via their online live chat client which is a big plus.
Fast Bit Hosting has a standard cPanel control panel system which I have grown attached to throughout my life, so in most cases you won’t need to have to relearn web software.
So far so good, they only downside is that their tech support is NOT 24/7 but they are working in getting a pager system set up, until then you can ask for a personal contact number in case of a emergency. But you don’t have to worry about server issues because the servers they use are close by and will be able to be fixed fast in case of any accident.
Lastly – I was able to get a 25% coupon that will last forever! Just enter the code” TTC” (no quotes) at the check out and you will get 25% off your first month!

Well here we are. I finialy have my computer back. Two weeks ago I sent my PC in to the Geek Squad and I was able to get it back late Monday night. As promised here is my in depth review of my experience.
Well during my 2 weeks with no computer I decided to buy some video games and just play them all day long, and when I was not playing video games I was checking my e-mail or tweeting on just 256mb of RAM which was rather depressing. So on the Saturday I was supposed to get my computer I felt like someone kicked me in the gut. When I got to the store the guy went back to get my computer but I saw him talk at some guy and force him to give a diagnostic on my computer (well that’s what it looked like). When he got back after 10 minutes he said it was a hard drive problem would be another 4-5 days! HELLO WAKE UP CALL. I gave my computer to you guys 2 weeks ago and paid 200 dollars for a diagnostic + repair and another 200 dollars for a install of Windows 7 (which you forced down my through because you would not upgrade from a lightly scratched Vista restore disk). And all you can give me is a problem and another date ! Well I then went home extreamly upset. Then I got a e-mail at 1 AM the next day saying it was done. I had mixed reactions. Why did you not have it done by the date you said? But I also thought “Wow 1AM these guys are dedicated” I was then able to pick it up on Monday night (Law in north New Jersey says stores can’t be open Sunday, weird huh?) with out a hitch.
Well I think they did a ok job. They fulfilled their services but they did overcharge and their services took longer then they had promised. In all if you have a computer problem only go to the Geek Squad as a last resort.

This game blew my mind away. I had heard such great things about it and I looked on eBay and found this game for just 13 bucks and I bought it. On Wednesday I opened it and gave it a run.
You start of as the player named Marcus who’s freinds break him out of jail
about 2 weeks after the Locusts attack a futuristic Earth. I thought they would explain more but that’s all you really get plot wise. The plot might be as shallow as a kiddie pool but the game play is immersive. I was really impressed with the cover system. It is just so simple to use and to understand unlike Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfare 2 which in my opinion has one of the worst cover systems that is known to man. But like every other cover system you get stuck once in a while on a wall and you get killed but it happens far less then in other games.
One thing I hated a bit was the fact it is not like other shooters in the way of how to kill a enemy and in the way of health. You can be almost blown to shreds but after about 15 seconds of not being shot your as good as new. Also you sometimes feel you are a slave to the fact you can only really live if you just keep hiding and only take a shot every once in a while.
The graphics were another stunning inhancment especialy considering it was a game from 2 years ago. You really get a feel of the graphics when you use the saw on your standard issue lancer. When you start sawing some random locust blood just covers your screen in a very satasfying way that will make you scream “OH SNAP”.
In all if you are looking for a cheap shooter and don’t mind a small plot then this is the game for you with it’s epic cover system and it’s fantastic graphics this will make a perfect additon to anyone’s game collection.

As many of you know, two weeks ago my computer broke. I tried hard to fix it but it would not work. On Saturday I was forced to go to the geeks squad. So in the line I decided – hey why not write a review of their service. So here is how it went. the line was sort, juts 5 minutes. They then took my computer and tried to bot it and – like I said before – it did not work. Then I explained what happened and he said they would need to do hardware diagnostic and a repair. I was shocked how much it cost though. It costs 200 dollars just for a hardware diagnostic and repair. That my friends is what we in the business like to call a RIP OFF.
Look, I know computers but when I can’t fix it I am forced to go to places like the Geek Squad. I went in expecting some small bill for 100 dolars at most.
Anyway I also had my vista restore disk but it was “scratched” to badly for them to safely say it would work (It was scratched a bit but not too much) so I decided just to get Windows 7 (which I will review when I get my computer back) and then I had to dish out another 200 dollars just for Home Premium. Then the guy said it would take two weeks for them to fix the problem and install Windows 7. BUT they did say that they tweak all Operating System installs to make the computer work better included for free so I found that nice.
So far the Geek Squad SEEMS to know what to do but they are just a bit overpriced and a need some more staff in order to get computers fixed faster. So far the Geek Squad can talk the talk but can they walk the walk? Hopefully I will be able to get my computer in two weeks like they promised.

I have not been able to blog a lot over the past 2 weeks. Their has been a lot of construction near my street. Apparently they hit the Internet cable and for some reason they didn’t completely fix it for 2 weeks, that’s your tax money working for you. In this time I have been thinking about what I will try to blog about at a future date, here’s what I have some up with.
- A interview with a ex-ranger about the realism of FPS games
- A video card review (It will most likely be a ATI card)
- Thoughts about Windows 7
- GIVEAWAY! (Still in the works)
Also I am thinking to moving to Joomla instead of wordpress. I hope to get back to blogging soon!

Yesterday amazon launched it’s “Amazon Basics” site. And it is VERY basic. So far it only includes Blanks CD’s and replacement cables. “We saw an opportunity to create a line of consumer electronics basics that combine quality and low prices for an overall focus on value,” said Paul Ryder, vice president of Consumer Electronics for Amazon. “We drew on our history of developing other private-label brands and combined that with our mission to give customers the ultimate in selection and value. AmazonBasics is the result. Ryder said he expected AmazonBasics to expand into more consumer electronics eventually, but said expensive items were some way off.
I hope that this won’t turn into something like Dynex by Best Buy where they give you the cheapest cables and they mark up the price. Also I hope that they will have so more interesting items like Laptops and computer parts soon. Who knows, AmazonBasics might turn into AmazonAdvanced someday.
